Chris
Laudermilk's
1995 Probe GT

Purchased
new in 1995. The car has survived 18 months of autocross with 5 victories to
show for it (perhaps a regional championship if the dumb owner had read the
regs more carefully...). Now undergoing a long list of mods as funds allow.

In
the works
Now
that some major expenses are finished (marriages are expensive!), I can start
upgrading the car. This is a list of planned projects for the next year or so,
as cash allows. The plan is to maintain a mildy-modified look (it's kind of
hard to hide the fact that it's lowered & has an aftermarket exhaust) and
concentrate on performance upgrades. The car is going to remain wingless. There
are a few purely aesthetic mods, though. Without further ado, in no particular
order:
- Redo window
tinting
- Eibach springs
(in the living room, waiting on the rest of the components)
- Tokico Illumina
struts
- Mazdaspeed strut
bearings
- Freedom Designs
FSTB, PRD RSTB
- SS brake lines
- Upgraded rotors
(X-drilled or slotted) & pads
- PRD short throw
shifter
- Phenolic intake
spacers
- Custom CAI
- Headers
- Speedhut white-face
gauges with carbon-look overlay
